How the Free Share Works

The free share is randomly selected from a pool of stocks. The current help page says the value is between €8 and €100, and the legal terms note that higher-value shares have a lower probability.

You can sell the share immediately after receiving it, but the cash can only be withdrawn after 30 days from your account.

Is It Worth It?

Yes - opening an account takes around 10 minutes and the minimum deposit is low. Even at the lower end of the range you're still getting a free asset for opening an account you may want to use anyway. If you plan to invest at all, Trading 212's ISA with no platform fee is genuinely competitive.

The campaign ends 28 April 2026, so act promptly.
